What are Employers Required to Post?
All covered employers must post the new Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) notice.
When do Employers Post the Notice?
Each covered employer must post this notice of the FFCRA requirements in a conspicuous place on its premises by April 1, 2020.
An employer who has made reasonable, good faith efforts to comply with the Act will not receive enforcement actions by the Department of Labor between March 18 and April 17, 2020. However, the Department of Labor intends to fully enforce the Acts and any violations after April 17, 2020.

Who is Required to Post the Notice?
All covered employers must post this notice. Covered employers includes: certain public sector employers and private sector employers with fewer than 500 employees.
How do Employers Reach Remote Workers?
An employer may satisfy this requirement by emailing or direct mailing this notice to employees, or posting this notice on an employee information internal or external website.
